Having trained in larger firms in Manchester specialising in Audit and Accounts Preparation, Ross started MyCloud9 once qualified in 2013, incorporating the following year.
In the early years he supplemented his income by lecturing in tax and accounts and he has held a number of interim roles across a range of disciplines. Ross is an avid Radio 4 listener, Manchester United fan and enjoys cooking in his spare time.
Alexandra Macleod FCA
Alex is a Big 4 trained chartered accountant, qualifying in 2001. Having specialised in Tax in her early career, she has subsequently undertaken a number of diverse roles ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions through to Pricing and Strategy.
After having her son, she ran her own retail business for 4 years before deciding to concentrate full time on MyCloud9. Alex is convinced that it is the 4 years spent running her own business which helps her most when it comes to dealing with clients as she has been in their shoes! Alex can often be found at Boot Camp and the same Step Aerobics class she has been going to for 20 years.
Helen Davidson
Having trained as a Maths teacher, Helen helped pick up the slack when Covid hit, taking care of the Furlough payments and Payroll Support. Since then she has now taken on the roll of Payroll Manager full time.
